Commercial FP&A Director

Job Summary

As a key Finance partner to the Business in 1-2 large European markets, the full-time Director Commercial FP&A will manage planning, forecasting, performance management, and reporting, while collaborating with country leadership teams to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for assigned markets, aligning financial plans with business strategy and providing insights to local stakeholders
• Oversee quarterly P&L forecasting cycles and deliver monthly management reporting to monitor performance and identify key drivers
• Continuously improve finance processes and tools while leading certain FP&A activities for the International region

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Finance, with relevant FP&A experience
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with an understanding of business drivers and financial outcomes
