Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster at mid and senior levels.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the proper course of action for resolution
Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process
Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the claims outcome

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Active adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses within specified timeframe)
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
