Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Habitational Leader to manage and oversee its Commercial Habitational business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Property and General Liability business, ensuring revenue growth and portfolio health
• Develop underwriting guidelines and product offerings, driving continuous product innovation
• Negotiate with reinsurers and manage distribution relationships to support program growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, focusing on Commercial Property and General Liability
• Proven track record in managing P&L and driving revenue growth
• Deep underwriting expertise in Commercial Property and General Liability
• Established relationships with carriers and/or reinsurers in the market
• Demonstrated management experience leading underwriting or product teams
