Commercial Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Implementation Specialist to lead and coordinate project life cycles for client onboarding in Commercial Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard Treasury Management services for new clients and manage client projects
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper onboarding of services
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide training to clients on applications and platforms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of program implementation or service experience
• Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth understanding of customer-facing internet-based applications and commercial treasury products
• Working knowledge of implementation, servicing, and operational processes in financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of web-based Treasury applications
