Commercial Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Commercial Inside Sales Representative, responsible for driving sales growth through inbound leads for both DTC and Flash Furniture divisions in a full-time hourly position, managing a pipeline of leads while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate product knowledge and differentiate from competitors
• Qualify customer needs and manage inbound and outbound sales tasks
• Maintain customer records and communicate needs to management

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a high-call-volume environment
• Experience using a CRM system for data logging
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• Understanding of sales strategies and closing techniques
