Commercial Insights Analyst

Job Summary

To support a significant commercial transformation, the full-time remote Commercial Insights Analyst will develop and maintain data assets and reporting solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer experience across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain access to and ensure the quality of commercial data sources for analytics and reporting
• Transform and model data using tools like Power BI and Python to enable insightful reporting and analysis
• Design user-friendly reports and dashboards that consolidate key metrics and support business decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two years of experience in business analytics or data science
• At least one year of experience using SQL and analytical languages such as Python or R
• One year of experience developing dashboards and reporting using data visualization tools like Power BI
• Experience with data governance and knowledge management practices
