Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, the full-time remote Commercial Insurance Account Manager will support policy servicing and renewals, drive retention and cross-sell opportunities, and deliver a high-quality client experience throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales through onboarding, policy servicing, and renewal
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive support and ongoing account management
- Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively engage clients to review coverage needs and changes in their business operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in commercial insurance account management, insurance sales, or a related client-facing insurance role
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles
- Understanding of the insurance needs of small and mid-sized businesses
- Experience with CRM and insurance agency management systems, including AMS platforms preferred
