Job Summary
Ensuring compliance with loan documents and servicing contracts, the full-time Commercial Insurance Analyst will research and resolve complex insurance issues while communicating with customers and management in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, resolve, and communicate complex insurance issues to customers and management via email and phone in a call center
- Maintain adherence to established timeliness and quality indicators
- Ensure compliance with terms and conditions set forth in loan documents and servicing standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial property hazard and liability insurance experience
- Ability to work until 7pm EST
- Experience in commercial lending, including portfolio management and risk analysis
- Call center experience preferred
- Flexible work schedule
