Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker, Core.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end new business sales for commercial P&C insurance from inbound lead to binding
• Manage 25-50 warm inbound opportunities daily while meeting activity and revenue targets
• Advise SMB clients on coverage options and basic risk management practices

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial insurance or insurance sales experience
• Active Commercial Lines P&C license
• Exposure to one or more commercial insurance products
• Experience with carrier portals, rating platforms, and AMS/CRM tools
• Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
