Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and oversee the onboarding process for new brokers while providing excellent customer service
Assist brokers with inquiries and help them find resolutions to questions or issues
Provide timely and solution-oriented responses to brokers' business needs

Required Qualifications:

Property & Casualty Insurance license
Commercial insurance experience, preferably in small commercial business insurance
Prior work with insurance brokers or agencies
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume support or customer service environment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
