A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Operations Lead to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the NA CRS Operations Manager II and Client Service Delivery Organization to ensure effective coordination and execution
Provide tracking support to the Operations Manager as needed
Drive key change and transformation initiatives as identified by senior management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5-7 years of finance, communications, and/or operational experience
Proficient in MS Office and Excel (including Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
Aptitude to understand key drivers of success and performance
