Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Inside Sales Commercial Senior Consultant II will assess customer needs and sell commercial insurance products while mentoring junior sales staff and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Sell multiple commercial insurance products and maintain high customer retention rates
• Ensure compliance with scripts and insurance carrier guidelines while providing exceptional customer engagement
• Mentor and coach Inside Sales Specialists to support their development and growth

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred
• Active insurance license and compliance with state licensing requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and regulatory standards
