Commercial Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist to process insurance certificates and policy requests for commercial insurance lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process insurance certificates and policy requests for commercial insurance lines
• Act as a subject matter expert on client policies and manage the full lifecycle of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and respond to COI-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with Equivalent Experience; college degree required
• Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry, specifically COI processing
• Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary systems
• Knowledge of ACORD forms and workflows
• Experience in data management and compliance tracking
