Job Summary

Supporting agency activation and growth, the full-time remote Commercial Insurance Territory Manager will conduct proactive outreach, onboard new agencies, and drive early production benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to dormant agencies to stimulate engagement
• Identify and resolve production barriers while executing activation strategies
• Develop growth plans with agency partners and maintain engagement cadence

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of commercial insurance or sales experience
• Proven ability to drive early-stage production growth
• Strong relationship-building skills with agency partners
