Job Summary

To enhance employee performance and support organizational success, the full-time Commercial Insurance Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for newly hired employees, existing staff, and vendor partners, utilizing various methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions through classroom instruction, web-based learning, and on-the-job coaching
  • Manage assigned curriculum to ensure content relevance and alignment with company goals
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and develop instructional materials for diverse learning environments
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional-level knowledge in a specialized field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent related knowledge
  • Prior commercial insurance experience is preferred
