Supporting a rapidly scaling advanced materials company, the part-time Commercial IP Transaction Attorney will negotiate deals involving physical and hardware materials, focusing on NDAs, distribution agreements, and university collaborations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements, including NDAs and distribution contracts
• Provide practical, business-aligned legal advice to non-legal stakeholders
• Support the protection of core intellectual property in various commercial matters
