Job Summary
Serving as the strategic technology liaison between IT and the Commercial organization, the full-time Commercial IT Business Partner will manage technology investments and processes to enhance growth and effectiveness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year commercial technology roadmap aligned with business growth strategies
- Lead enablement and optimization of commercial systems across the lead to cash lifecycle
- Act as the functional owner for Salesforce, driving requirements and overseeing integrations with downstream platforms
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT Business Partnering or Commercial Systems within Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Operations
- Strong knowledge of the commercial technology ecosystem and lead to cash processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; experience with CPQ and Service Cloud preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields
- Demonstrated line management experience, including coaching and team development
