Commercial IT Engagement Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial IT Customer Engagement Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Document business and functional/technical requirements and lead discussions for Customer Engagement releases
• Prepare UAT test scenarios and manage UAT execution while coordinating with business users and vendor partners
• Project manage initiatives and ensure timely support of production issues through analysis and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience with IT business applications
• 8+ years of experience with Veeva CRM, including best practices
• Experience with integrating Veeva CRM with other applications
• 1+ year of Project Management experience preferred
