Required Qualifications

• JD from a U.S. accredited law school with 7-15 years of legal experience
• Experience in commercial transactions and enterprise deals
• Fluency in IP, privacy, data security, and data licensing issues
• Ability to provide clear and actionable legal advice
• Exceptional writing skills
