Key Responsibilities

• Oversee land and lease administration, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulatory requirements
• Establish standardized processes for transitioning land agreements from Development to Asset Management
• Lead negotiations and manage risks associated with landowner relationships and agreements

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in real estate, land management, or related fields
• Experience supporting energy infrastructure projects across development and operations
• Proven track record managing large, complex portfolios of land leases or real property assets
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of lease structures and compliance requirements
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
