Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Learning & Development Associate to enhance its commercial training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and refine training content and materials
  • Manage training logistics, maintain training records, and ensure content is current in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and experience in instructional design
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated with a passion for learning
