Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Learning & Development Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop field-specific commercial capability and learning experiences aligned with leadership standards
• Design and implement targeted development pathways based on commercial priorities and field capability gaps
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness to improve learning outcomes

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with significant sales leadership experience
• 5+ years of field sales leadership experience
• Proven track record in designing and delivering commercial and leadership capability development programs
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence field leaders
