Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate commercial transactions, managing the full deal lifecycle
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, ensuring compliance with operational standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide legal advice on data protection, privacy, and commercial contracting issues

Required Qualifications

• J.D. (or equivalent) and active U.S. bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in the software procurement lifecycle, particularly from a vendor perspective
• Proven experience negotiating complex technology and professional services contracts
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
