Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers on diverse subject matter
• Create and implement custom contracts for complex technology partnerships
• Collaborate to design, implement, and improve legal policies and procedures to manage legal and business risk

Qualifications:

• J.D. and licensed to practice law in at least one state
• At least 4 years relevant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements
• Collaborative with strong ability to build relationships
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on projects of all sizes
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
