Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex agreements with strategic partners in finance and digital currency

Required Qualifications

• Current license in a U.S. state or international jurisdiction with a JD or equivalent
• 12 or more years of relevant transactional experience in-house or at a leading law firm
• Interest in digital currency and blockchain technology
• Experience structuring complex transactions and commercial agreements
• Management and leadership experience
