Commercial Lender

Job Summary

To develop and manage lending relationships, the full-time Commercial Lender will generate loan requests, oversee a loan portfolio, and ensure compliance with lending requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a personal business development plan to achieve loan growth and fee generation
• Collect and analyze loan applicant information for underwriting and respond to credit department inquiries
• Monitor loan repayment and manage delinquent accounts, ensuring timely decisions on loan applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in commercial lending
• Proven track record in commercial and commercial real estate lending
• Strong relationship management skills with commercial and small business clients
• Experience in portfolio management and underwriting
• Proficient in computer skills and customer service
