Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, the full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager will provide exceptional customer service, assess client insurance needs, and negotiate policy terms while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts
- Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage recommendations
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes and negotiate terms
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Familiarity with insurance carriers, underwriting processes, and rating practices
- Proficiency in using insurance management systems and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
