Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, the full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager will provide exceptional customer service, assess client insurance needs, and negotiate policy terms while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts
• Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage recommendations
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes and negotiate terms

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations
• Familiarity with insurance carriers, underwriting processes, and rating practices
• Proficiency in using insurance management systems and MS Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
