Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service existing clients and develop new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing prompt and accurate service
• Process new and renewal business, endorsements, and certificates of insurance, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Correspond professionally with clients and insurance companies to update and verify account information

Required Qualifications and Education

• Current Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred; assistance with licensing available for the right candidate
• High school diploma with two years of college or two years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies
• Strong time management skills
