Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Providing prompt and professional service to clients, the full-time remote Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage mid-size to large commercial accounts, handle onboarding and renewals, and support company growth through collaboration with producers and management.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage mid-size to large commercial lines accounts and prepare submissions for new and renewal business
• Review policies for accuracy, process client requests, and handle invoicing and premium collections
• Collaborate with producers on marketing strategies and evaluate client coverage needs

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Located in the Eastern Time Zone
• Knowledge of Applied EPIC system or similar agency management system
• Understanding of commercial insurance products and construction in New York and New Jersey is a plus
• Professional designation is advantageous
