Job Summary
Assisting the Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients, the full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager will build client relationships, process insurance documents, and manage client inquiries in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in marketing and servicing clients within the account team
- Process invoices, endorsements, and insurance binders while maintaining client communication
- Update systems with policy changes and generate necessary documentation for clients
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of insurance experience
- Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applied/Epic systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client needs effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
