Required Qualifications

• MBA required
• 2 to 5 years of insurance experience managing, or 5 to 8 years of broad-based experience in financial services
• Experience in competitive intelligence integration
• Ability to act as a change agent during transitions
• Experience mentoring other analysts is a plus
