Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic placement of complex commercial accounts and bespoke solutions
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with underwriters and decision-makers at various carriers
• Design and execute market strategies aligned with client risk profiles and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or risk placement
• Expertise in negotiating with admitted and non-admitted carriers, especially in specialty lines
• Strong understanding of alternative risk solutions, including captives and structured programs
• Proven ability to influence client strategy and deliver innovative insurance outcomes
• Commercial Lines Broker License
