Job Summary

Providing high-quality concierge-level service, the full-time remote Customer Service - Commercial Lines (P&C) will manage a high volume of calls, emails, and chats related to workers' compensation accounts, addressing billing inquiries, policy servicing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats, addressing inquiries regarding policy documents, billing, renewals, and claims
  • Process and manage workers' compensation policies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to policyholders and agents
  • Maintain documentation of all servicing activities and proactively follow up on outstanding service requests
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in the workers' compensation insurance industry
  • Prior experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with management systems like ImageRight
  • Commercial Lines experience is required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
