Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and sales, the full-time salaried Commercial Lines Insurance Agent will manage incoming client inquiries, qualify coverage needs, and consult on insurance solutions while maintaining relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily inquiries by contacting clients and alliance partners to drive sales
- Meet monthly production and revenue goals for booking and binding new business
- Educate prospects on available coverages and maintain engagement throughout the sales process
Required qualifications:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Knowledge of insurance products and liability coverages
- Experience with Agency Management Systems
- Ability to make 50-75 outbound calls per day
- Strong time management and organizational skills
