Commercial Lines Processing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of processing professionals, the full-time Commercial Lines Processing Manager will oversee quality underwriting processes and service delivery to agents and customers while managing associate development and supporting budgeting and planning efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages consistent workflow implementation across all teams in the processing unit
• Oversees underwriting, screening, and policy analysis according to established guidelines
• Provides high-level customer service and resolves complex issues from agents and policyholders

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate studies in business management or a related field preferred; technical insurance coursework such as CPCU is a plus
• Minimum of eight years of related experience in commercial and/or agribusiness product lines support
• Prior management experience required
• Detailed knowledge of commercial and/or agribusiness lines insurance products and state regulations
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop associates in commercial lines product support
