Commercial Lines Processing Supervisor

Job Summary

Commercial Lines Processing Supervisor, oversees a remote full-time processing unit to ensure quality service and production levels for multiple product lines while supervising and developing associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises day-to-day operations of a processing unit supporting multiple product lines and states
• Resolves complex customer issues and provides coaching to associates to meet service objectives
• Facilitates training for associates and analyzes results to recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Undergraduate studies highly desirable
• Five years of related insurance experience preferred
• At least two years in a commercial and/or agribusiness lines service center environment preferred
• Prior people leader experience in processing or underwriting environments preferred
• Multiple state licensing with continuing education where required is preferred
