Commercial Lines Sales Representative

Job Summary

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, the full-time Commercial Lines Customer Sales & Service Representative will assist customers with policy changes, support sales opportunities, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service and follow-up
• Assist customers with policy changes, account updates, and insurance documentation requests
• Identify coverage needs and support sales opportunities while providing outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience required
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office software
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Insurance licensing is a plus; training and support may be available for the right candidate
