Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop policy/contract language for new insurance products
• Conduct research and analysis to inform contract recommendations and product strategies
• Manage and update multiple business line forms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategy

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Claims, Underwriting, or Compliance within Insurance or Financial Services
• Strong understanding of insurance policy contracts and ability to interpret legal/policy language
• Project management experience and demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Adobe, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Legal Studies, or related field (Juris Doctor or paralegal experience is a plus)
