Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Assistant Underwriter to support the underwriting process for personal lines insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine documents to assess risk based on loss history, property condition, and valuation
• Collaborate with Binding Authority Underwriters to ensure accurate underwriting of new and renewal risks
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to address inquiries and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
