Commercial Lines Underwriter

Job Summary

Providing concierge service to insureds and agents, the full-time remote Commercial Lines Underwriter will develop and maintain relationships while managing policy inquiries, renewals, and account setups.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls related to policy document requests, billing inquiries, and renewal reviews
• Review and set up new or renewal policies for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders
• Process cancellations and maintain follow-up on outstanding items until resolution

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent experience in Personal & Commercial Lines
• 2-4 years of agency experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial policies
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts, extending to 8:00 PM ET
