Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center- Underwriter I- CL.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite and process commercial lines endorsements and maintain accurate documentation
• Answer inbound calls and manage service requests from agents and policyholders
• Issue certificates of insurance and verify compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required; must be able to obtain licensing in all 50 states
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in servicing or underwriting commercial property & casualty insurance policies
• Prior experience in an agency or carrier environment
• Call center or high-volume client service experience is a strong plus
