Job Summary

Seeking a midlevel attorney, the full-time Commercial Litigation Counsel will manage direct client relationships and expand their practice within a modern, fully distributed law firm focused on commercial litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial litigation clients
• Create and implement a business development plan to attract new clients
• Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation in commercial litigation matters

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or in-house with a reputable company
• Graduation from a top-tier law school
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation
• Ability to identify at least one potential anchor client
• Proven track record of developing client work
