Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support a client with an active intellectual property and commercial litigation docket on a part-time, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple active litigation matters, including infringement and contract-related disputes
• Review and summarize legal documents, including settlement proposals, while maintaining visibility into case status
• Coordinate with and support outside counsel across multiple ongoing matters and assist with litigation workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Strong preference for experience in intellectual property and/or patent litigation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Experience in drafting and managing largely boilerplate motion work
• Ability to maintain visibility into various phases of litigation, including discovery and settlement discussions
