Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with fact investigation, drafting pleadings, legal research, and trial preparation, with the flexibility to work remotely or from various office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in fact investigation, witness interviews, legal research, and document preparation
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials, and attend as necessary
• Manage case files, including e-discovery database use and document analysis

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation
• Experience with Relativity or document review software
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• Trial preparation and attendance experience
• Colorado and California litigation experience preferred
