Commercial Loan Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing financial institution, the full-time Commercial Loan Administrator will perform loan administration functions, process commercial loan transactions, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial lending support to relationship managers and assist with loan processing and funding
• Review and maintain commercial loan records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other professionals throughout the loan closing process to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 1-5 years of commercial lending experience preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to demonstrate established competency levels for regulatory or compliance-related processes
• Experience with nCino is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
