Job Summary

A company is looking for a Private Bank Commercial Operations Loan Closer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure loans are closed and documented in accordance with credit approval procedures
• Accurately book loans into the loan accounting system and manage a loan pipeline of 25 transactions
• Perform due diligence tasks and ensure all pre-closing conditions are met

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in a business/commercial lending environment
• Solid understanding of commercial real estate transactions
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
