Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Closing Officer I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the closing of various loan deals while ensuring compliance with closing conditions
• Review and finalize loan documents to ensure they accurately reflect approved terms and protect the company's interests
• Manage post-closing activities, including generating notices for participant banks and resolving ongoing tracking items

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a financial institution focusing on due diligence or loan documentation
• Experience working with legal documents or in a law firm preferred
• Good understanding of Commercial Loan products and related regulations
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
