Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Documentation Team Lead (Remote - CA, OR, WA & ID).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the integrity of loan documentation for various commercial loan types and ensure compliance with credit approval terms and regulatory requirements
• Manage and coordinate the Doc Prep pipeline and departmental projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work
• Provide training and support to team members on loan documentation processes and software usage

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 4 or more years of experience in commercial loan servicing required
• 2 or more years of supervisory or management experience required
• Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation and related software
• Solid understanding of financial contracts and regulatory compliance related to loan servicing
