Commercial Loan Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Commercial Loan Operations Associate will manage the input of new Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and maintain communication with clients while ensuring accurate and timely processing of commercial loan onboarding and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system and process payments for participation loans
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests and verify payments and payoffs
• Maintain communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders and Floor Plan Dealers, providing support and assistance as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• Proficiency in banking policies and procedures, with a commitment to compliance training
• Ability to learn and utilize banking industry technology and Microsoft products
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to manage workload effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and collaborative attitude
