Commercial Loan Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Commercial Loan Operations Associate will manage the input of new Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and handle maintenance requests while maintaining communication with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system and process payments accordingly
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests and verifies proper payment and payoff
• Post payments and remittance paperwork for participation loans while ensuring timely processing of commercial loan onboarding and maintenance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred
• Proficiency in banking industry technology and Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Access
• Ability to manage priorities and meet critical deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and collaboration within a team environment
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes to improve efficiency
